Wallsdécor products are guaranteed against defects in material, workmanship and loss and/or damage through shipping. We deliver only the highest quality of products to satisfy every customer.

No mural returns unless defective. In the unlikely event that your product is defective from flawed workmanship and loss or damaged through shipping, you may return it to us within 30 days in the original packaging for replacement, refund or a credit toward your next Wallsdécor purchase.

When sending in your defective return, please write a detailed explanation on the packing slip and enclose it in the original packaging carton. Send to the address below:
