| What are wallpaper wall murals? |
| Wallpaper wall murals are typically large scenes that are applied just like traditional wallpaper. Each mural consists of either one or three panels making the hanging process extremely manageable. Within a relatively short period of time consumers can sit back and enjoy the transformation of ordinary walls into there very own art gallery.

| Can Wallsdecor wall murals be customized to fit my specific wall? |
Absolutely! Customization is available for mural sizes 24 sq. ft. or larger. Each mural has been designed to allow the flexibility of increasing the height as well as the width. We also offer the ability with some of our murals to change colors to fit your desired needs.

| For custom orders what are the image requirements? |
Your original image must be very high quality and high resolution. We require an image with a minimum 250-300 dpi (dots per inch). The original image can be sent as a 35mm negative, paper/photo version, or on a CD-Rom format. CD file is typically the most common and preferred means. Please keep in mind that the final custom mural will only be as good as the orginal image.
Lastly, we require a Copyright Ownership Agreement Form be signed before commencment of any copyright project.

| How do you place a customized order with Wallsdecor? |
1.) Send your original photo, image, negative film, or image on CD-ROM to:

2.) Our in-house designer will create a mock-up or proof of a finished custom mural for you. We will then send this image to you by e-mail or regular mail for your review and approval. A valid e-mail address is critical in order to send this proof to you.
3.) You will not be charged for your custom mural until you have approved via email the mock-up or proof.

| What are the standard lead times for customized wall murals? |
| The standard lead time for a customized wallpaper murals is 10-14 days. We understand your urgency and we will do everything we can to exceed your expectations.

| Can the wall murals be personalized? |
| Yes! Specific wall murals have been designed to accommodate customized personalization, such as names, jersey numbers and even hair color change on the "Batter Up Baseball Mural". There is no additional charge for the personalization feature. Please contact us at customerservice@wallsdecor.com for further information.

| What if my wall doesn't have a smooth surface? |
| If you have a textured wall or any other rough surface, we recommend the installation of Cavalier Wall Liner Paper, followed by two coats of flat latex paint before you hang the wall mural.

| Do I need to prime the walls before hanging the mural? |
| Priming and sizing your walls ensures a strong bond, makes your murals easier to install, and should make the removal process quicker and less difficult. We recommend using a primer-sealer combination.

| Are the wall murals “do-it-yourself”? |
| Full wall and chair rail sized murals require a greater comfort level with hanging. If you are not extremely comfortable with hanging wallpaper, we recommend that you consult a professional wallpaper hanger. When hanging the mural yourself we do recommend a second person to lend a hand.

| Are the wall murals pre-pasted? |
| No. We feel that it is better to apply paste to the paper at hanging, it makes for easier hanging and a much better bond to the wall. Paste is not included with our mural's.

| Will the product that I receive be true to what I see on the web site? |
| Since computer monitors vary with graphic colors and clarity, Wallsdécor, Incorporated cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor are an exact representation of the product you receive. We can assure you that the quality of the product will meet your expectations. Upon request a small color correct image is available.

| What payment methods do you accept? |
| Credit card payments are accepted online/web, telephone or by fax. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

| Can Wallsdecor wall murals be cleaned? |
| In most cases stains can be removed without a trace. For general cleaning, a sudsy solution of mild soap and lukewarm water should be applied generously using a soft cloth with very light pressure. We recommend a small area should be tested on the wall mural prior to a larger area. Excessive scrubbing with harsh cleaning materials may damage the wallpaper mural.

| How should I use the poster size murals? |
| Just like the larger wall murals, the poster size can be adhered to the wall as wallpaper. Just follow the same hanging instructions. They can also be framed to complement your interior.
